The Company: Our client is a fast-growing, progressive law firm. They work closely with SMEs, banking & finance clients, debt collection companies, High Court Enforcement Agencies and Insolvency Practitioners The Job: On behalf of this client we are seeking a Revenue Controller. In this role you are responsible for managing their aged debt and supporting the Debt Recovery Team Responsibilities within this role will include: Credit control Updating their CRM (visual files) Preparing and issuing formal letter Speaking with clients Liaising with Solicitors and Partners to progress collection Reviewing processes Processing payments Opening new client and matters files Assisting with the preparation of Court Proceedings Liaising with the Courts Carrying out pre-litigation debt recover work Assisting with production of High Court Writ of Control Applications The Person: For this role our client is seeking someone who has gained debit recovery experience already in a legal environment. As well as this they are looking for someone who is a fantastic team player, excellent communication skills and detail orientated.
