Purpose of the Role We are looking for a temporary customer services administrator to join our expectational team in Birmingham, to cover maternity leave on a 6 month contract, with the potential to extend. The role will be heavily involved in the full processing of all customer orders from receipt of orders through to delivery and liaising with customers regarding the process and expected deliver dates. Responsibilities Processing of customer orders onto Reynaers ERP system. Linking of clients orders to purchasing. Checking stock availability to determine a realistic delivery date Monitoring updated delivery dates against customers requirements ensuring the Company meets the requirements deadlines. Liaise with clients regarding delivery requirements. Producing call off for customers. Raising of picking notes, packing notes and final delivery notes. Following up any queries or concerns that a client may have regarding their orders. Arranging returns and processing any customer complaints. Skills / Qualifications Excellent numerical skills, knowledgeable and competent in the use of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook and Excel. Organisation and planning skills. Strong communication and problem solving. Determination and persistence. Builds strong relationships with both internal and external colleagues and customers. Customer service skills and ability to handle and resolve complaints.
