RoSPA is a UK-based charity focused on promoting safety and preventing accidents in workplaces, roads, homes, and leisure activities.\n\nThe Head of Training Operations will manage the operational efficiency of RoSPA's fulfilment teams, including training, consultancy, awards, events, and membership. This role ensures that processes, budgets, and teams align with strategic goals, playing a key part in enhancing customer experience and improving business performance.\n\nClient Details\n\nRoSPA (the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) is a UK-based charity that focuses on promoting safety and preventing accidents in various aspects of life, including workplaces, roads, homes, and leisure activities.\n\nAs the Head of Training Operations, you will oversee the operational efficiency of RoSPA's fulfilment teams, including training and consultancy, awards, events, and membership. You will ensure processes, budgets, and teams align with RoSPA's strategic goals, playing a key role in enhancing customer experience and business performance.\n\nDescription\n\nLead and develop high-performing, inclusive, and flexible teams, ensuring continuous training and coaching support.\nDrive the success of Project Vigour, supporting the Operations Director in process and system development, adoption, and training.\nOversee and implement an efficient customer service function, ensuring high service standards, performance monitoring, and proactive problem resolution.\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory bodies, data protection legislation, and internal policies.\nManage and maintain content accuracy across RoSPA's web shop, social media, and publications.\nOversee health, safety, and environmental risks in line with company policies.Profile\n\nStrong leadership and management skills, and a project management qualification.\nExperience in: IT systems (Microsoft Dynamics), data analysis, auditing, customer service strategies, and developing high-performing teams.\nSkills in: Communication, planning, organisational management, and commercial awareness.\nPreferred: RoSPA Advanced Driving or Riding Qualification.Job Offer\n\nOpportunity to lead impactful change and develop high-performing teams.\nWork with leading professionals in the field of safety and training.\nA collaborative and forward-thinking work environmentAt RoSPA, everything we do is guided by two core principles: our vision and mission.\n\nA world free from serious accidental injuries.\n\nCreating a safer society by working together, setting standards, sharing expertise, and driving change.\n\nRoSPA's vision is rooted in our deep respect for life and the belief that everyone deserves the freedom to enjoy their choices, health, happiness, and relationships without unnecessary risk.\n\nAccidental injuries impose a heavy burden-limiting lives and causing untold hardship.
