Technical Engineering Coordinator Reports to: Engineering Supervisor Location: Tranmere, Wirral Purpose The purpose of the role is to support the Engineering function by providing input to all elements of purchasing, supplier account management, project management and stock management. Duties To contribute fully to all aspects of the strategic framework, promoting the vision, mission and values of ENVEA UK Sourcing technical parts and materials with help from Engineering Department members based on specific data sheets to ensure compliance with regulations. Also dealing with non-compliant parts deliveries, warranty issues and returns. Working closely with Stores to maintain stock levels for technical components used for both Service and Engineering Departments. Investigating stock discrepancies arising during system build and amending as required. Working with Stores and Workshop Manager to ensure job boxes are complete and with drawings prior to issue to Workshop for system build. Monitoring, scheduling and closing Works Orders through Sage X3 to ensure everything is ready for system build. Organising logistics deliveries of completed projects globally including managing both import and export side of deliveries. Using appropriate software to maintain accurate equipment. To ensure all equipment being shipped adheres to company procedure applicable to the relevant equipment. Create and manage bill of materials for system builds and being responsible for keeping them updated regularly. Other ad hoc Engineering duties as required. Qualifications and Experience Knowledge of Sage X3 or other ERP systems. Previous experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience of working with CAD drawings to correctly identify components Previous experience with stores and logistics with regards import and export requirements. Responsibilities Oversee technical aspects of engineering projects. Coordinate between engineering teams and project management. Develop and maintain project documentation and technical procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Facilitate communication and troubleshooting between technical staff and stakeholders. Skills/Abilities Good numeracy skills.
