The Role
As a Fire Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fire consultancy services. Working across a variety of property types, including residential, healthcare, education, and commercial, your responsibilities will include conducting fire risk assessments, undertaking fire compartmentation surveys, and providing fire safety advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out fire risk assessments across diverse property portfolios.
* Undertake fire integrity and compartmentation surveys, identifying breaches and preparing specifications for remedial works.
* Provide fire safety advisory services to clients and technical monitoring on construction projects.
* Review contractor proposals and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
* Stay informed on relevant legislation, such as Approved Document B, HTM 05-02, and British Standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Fire Safety Qualification and knowledge of UK fire safety legislation.
* Experience: Proven experience in fire risk assessments and technical delivery.
* Skills & Behaviours: A client-focused, positive team player with strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
