EYFS Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Burnley
Are you a passionate and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Burnley? We are currently seeking multiple dedicated professionals to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting early years education and development.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
* Work closely with young children to foster their development in a nurturing environment.
* Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
* Help with daily routines, including snack time, play activities, and personal care when required.
Requirements:
* Experience working within an EYFS setting is essential.
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred).
* A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A caring and patient approach towards supporting early childhood development.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
