You will join a dynamic European team in our electric heating division, promoting the Danfoss & DEVI brand of electric heating. This division aims to unleash the full growth potential of promising businesses in a unique and agile environment. Our Electric Heating products are recognized for their quality and reliability, and we believe we are geared for significant growth in the UK within outdoor applications (frost protection and snow melting) & indoor applications (electric underfloor heating, hot water temperature maintenance).
To support our ongoing drive towards providing our customers with a best-in-class experience, we are recruiting for a Technical Support Coordinator to join our Electric Heating team in the UK. This role will be based from home with occasional visits to our Uxbridge (UB8 1DH) head office and occasional travel to Europe for training purposes. Our European electric heating technical team provides help and service for both internal stakeholders and external customers and end users of our Electric Heating range of Danfoss & Devi products across the domestic & commercial heating sector.
Job Responsibilities
As our new Technical Support Coordinator, you will respond to incoming technical inquiries over the phone and via email, including:
1. Product application advice and recommendation
2. Product identification and sizing
3. Arranging site visits to rectify issues
4. Wiring assistance and electrical advice
5. Technical help with information
6. Product usage advice (e.g., setting up) of Electric Heating applications (Under Floor Heating & Trace Heating)
7. Participating in personal development and training to ensure you remain up to date regarding new Danfoss & Devi products and innovations.
For this role, you will display:
1. Sound electrical knowledge of domestic wiring including heating systems
2. Understanding of how electric heating systems operate
3. Work experience in a similar or related position
If you do not hold any of the above skills, we hope you will hold a relevant technical qualification or equivalent as training will be provided.

1. Able to work independently with support from UK and Danish teams when needed
2. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
3. Collaborative and willing to share knowledge with team colleagues
4. Possessing an excellent telephone manner and empathy with callers of varying technical abilities
5. A strong communicator, service-oriented, and a team player
6. Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (Training in Salesforce will be provided)
7. Skilled in stakeholder/customer management
8. Enthusiastic about acquiring knowledge about Danfoss and Devi new technologies and products
9. Motivated with a passion for mechanics and problem-solving
10. Having a hands-on mentality
