Job Title: HR Change Improvement Lead

Catalyst Partners are working with a FTSE 100 business who are looking for a Change Lead to join their dynamic team. This role drives continuous improvement and optimisation of HR Services globally, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and enhancement of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead HR process design and optimization.
* Identify and drive process improvements.
* Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders.
* Assess and mitigate HR process risks.
* Train HR staff on new processes.

* Manage and participate in projects.
* Mentor other professionals in process design and improvement.
