Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Co-ordinator to join the South East Land & New Homes team based in Guildford.

Role:
The Regional Residential Development division are looking to recruit an Operations Co-ordinator to carry out sales administration and business operations responsibilities in the South East Land & New Homes team based in Guildford. You will report into the Partners/Department Head(s) as well as the Operations Managers(s) based in Birmingham and London.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction, handling incoming calls and maintaining a tidy office.
2. Assist Department Heads with customer experience initiatives and improve net promoter scores.
3. Refer clients to Knight Frank services, including Commercial and the Global network.
4. Support operations teams and department heads with timely sales administration tasks.
5. Create and maintain property activity records, including title checks, instructions, and terms of business.
6. Manage and intercept incoming calls, monitor team attendance, and update G Drive with brochures and floorplans.
7. Report weekly figures, keep brochure cupboards tidy, and maintain property lists and track record documents.
8. Handle compliance processes, including client CDD, document collection, and best practice adherence.
9. Manage office compliance and audit pass rates with the Compliance Senior Operations Coordinator.
10. Generate accurate sales invoices and maintain records for reports.
11. Prepare reports for meetings and manage system processes with high competence in KF systems.
12. Create and update marketing materials, property listings, and promotional content for regional publications.
13. Oversee office appearance, meet marketing deadlines, and ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
14. Organize office facilities, maintain IT hardware, and manage stationery and hardware orders.
15. Code invoices, monitor performance management records, and assist with team expenses.
Key Experience Required:
1. 3 years+ experience in a similar operations, administration, or secretarial role (Preferred).
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
3. Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
