We are actively seeking enthusiastic office professionals for Lead Generation and Appointment Setting roles. This role involves business-to-business telephone correspondence, pitching a service and setting an appointment for a sales representative to discuss further. You will be working from an office in Brighton & Hove and this opportunity is available on a full time, ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes: Previous office experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment. Be highly motivated, hardworking and can work autonomously. Excellent phone manner and able to handle a vast array of potential clientele. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational and record keeping skills. Hunger to exceed KPI's and succeed. Show stability and reliability. Driven and passionate about delivering great customer service. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
