As an SAP Payroll Reporting Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Reward and HR Services team based in our Crawley office. You will report to the Payroll Manager and work closely with various departments, including HR, audit, finance, and legal. This permanent position offers a competitive salary based on your experience, along with a 7.5% bonus. After a six-month probationary period, you can enjoy a blended working arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote. In this role, you will run and develop reports from SAP to meet auditing requirements in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with our policies and statutory requirements. You will manage all payroll user acceptance testing and reporting purposes, develop payroll procedures to maintain best practices, and undertake annual patching and related activities. Additionally, you will maintain SAP tables, ensure thorough testing of new SAP configurations and system upgrades, and manage the Small Work Order process for the Human Resources directorate. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining relationships with third-party IT support, managing the IT Incidents queue for payroll, and providing support to the team and Payroll Supervisor to ensure timely and efficient completion of payroll activities.
