This is an Inbound Customer Service position for people who want to develop and progress within one of our teams. Based in our client's call centre in Stretford, Manchester, you'll handle queries from customers and assist them in their day-to-day enquiries. You will work as part of a dynamic team to provide an excellent customer experience. You will take calls from customers with a view to identify and resolve their enquiries whilst actively listening to their needs using multiple systems.We offer a competitive salary of £18,532 per annum plus monthly bonuses of anything up to £150 per month. Last month current Inbound Customer Service Advisors were taking home on average £100 each.
