Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a multi-site, multi-discipline business on the recruitment of an interim HR Business Partner to join them on a 9-month fixed term contract.
Our client is a European leader in their market, and pride themselves on providing the highest of quality services to their customers.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional, who thrives in a "hands-on" role and can effectively manage and build key stakeholder relationships.
This contract is a remote/hybrid position, with bi-weekly travel required to sites in Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Essex and South Wales.
Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will include but not be limited to:
* Partnering with senior leadership in the business, to develop and implement HR strategies on all people matters and provide professional HR advice and guidance.
* Working closely with the wider HR and talent team to effectively deliver a people strategy.
* Positively drive the culture of the business within the wider organisation, focusing on areas including EDI.
* Managing people matters across the entire employee lifecycle.
Your Profile:
1. Strong proven experience in a similar HR business partnering position is essential for this role.
2. Experience working in a multi-site, multi-discipline business.
3. Examples of driving significant cultural change within organisations.
