Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with Registered Providers to expand housing and service opportunities. Lead housing development initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with business objectives. Innovate and implement new service models to meet evolving healthcare demands. Develop and oversee referral management strategies to enhance service delivery and optimize capacity. Build influential relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Authorities, commissioning teams, and other partners within Adult Social Care and Housing. Represent IBC Healthcare at industry events, conferences, and forums to boost our brand presence and unlock new opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to synchronize business development activities with operational capabilities. Oversee budgets related to growth initiatives, ensuring sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Monitor KPIs to evaluate success and make data-driven decisions for future growth. Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to guide strategic planning and investment. Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering innovation and collaboration. What We Are Looking For: Minimum of five years' experience leading business development efforts, preferably within Adult Social Care. Proven track record of building successful partnerships with Local Authorities and healthcare commissioners. Strong strategic and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and designing solutions. Expertise in business planning to achieve sustainable growth and service delivery goals. Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills. Experience working with Registered Providers, Housing Associations, and Developers. Solid commercial acumen with the ability to deliver compelling business cases to the Board of Directors. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across various stages and locations. Deep understanding of commissioning structures within the Social Care sector.
