3. Work closely with stock control, production, and despatch teams to keep everything running smoothly.
4. Help develop a flexible, capable team with strong cover for absences.
5. Collaborate with other nurseries in the group when needed.
You'll play a vital role in safeguarding the health and quality of our crops while keeping things efficient and well-coordinated.
What we're looking for:
1. Experience in horticulture (PA1 and PA6 are must-haves).
2. Top-notch numeracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
3. Leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
4. Flexibility for out-of-hours work and weekend duties.
Why join us?
