Page Personnel are working with a well-known business going through a period of continual growth. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their diverse and close-knit team.
Job Description
Credit Controller responsibilities include:
* Actively chasing overdue debt and pre-emptive calls to ensure invoices are paid on time
* Review stopped orders regularly for release
* Work alongside Sales Depots where applicable to clear any overdue balances or queries
* Identify and effectively resolve customer queries to maintain good customer service levels
* Regular debt ledger review, account reconciliations, and unallocated cash
* Ad-hoc Credit Control duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
* Previous Credit Control experience - Required
* High volume B2B & B2C experience - Desirable
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
* Good time-management and organisational skills - Required
* High attention to detail - Required
