If so, we have an opportunity for a DTC Marketplace Account Executive to join our Digital Team The Impact you will have in this role is: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each drop shipment account, tracking metrics such as order fulfilment SLA’s, shipping accuracy, Sales tracking, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with partners to optimize operations. In conjunction with the daily account activity, own the Account Plan and other planning materials, and ensure they are regularly reviewed against established milestones and targets. Ensure that agreed quality assurance and customer satisfaction procedures are fully implemented and monitored. Understands the key accounts' strategy, issues, culture, challenges considering the impact on account management. Maintain product ranges Pricing across partners, uploaded in line with seasonal deadlines, with established pricing and full-size ranges available. Completion of customer product matrix, Imagery & samples when required. Manage stock, work closely with the imports team on new season stock availability and seasonal promotions. Monthly analysis & management of customer take up of forward orders. Build great relationships with key areas of the business such as Buying, Marketing, Product & Digital. Analytical thinking – ability to tackle complicated issues by evaluating information gathered, analysing future sales, future stock, and act upon your findings. Serve as the primary point of contact for new drop shipment accounts, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Address any concerns or inquiries promptly to the Account Manager, acting as a liaison between the company and the partner. Close working relationships with Digital, Wholesale, Sales agents, Retail, Logistics, Finance and Customer Experience teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives and improvements. As our future DTC Marketplace Account Executive, you will have: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with a minimum intermediate level for Excel. Knowledge of and experience in using customer portals. Analytical thinking – ability to tackle complicated issues by evaluating information gathered from a variety of sources, analysing future sales, future stock, and act upon your findings. •Demonstrable ability to facilitate the identification and shaping of opportunities across Service Lines. •Able to demonstrate excellent customer service experience working on DTC accounts. •Understanding of logistics function gained from experience of working with them in a previous customer service role. •Strong work ethic & positive ‘can do’ attitude. •Self-motivated. •Excellent time management •Strong communication and organizational skills. •Confident in customer facing situations. •Excellent interpersonal skills.
