This role involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients both in-store and internationally. You will introduce Dover Street Market to your existing clientele, offering unparalleled customer service to meet and exceed the company’s financial targets. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service and Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Drive sales and provide personalized shopping and styling experiences. Maintain and update the customer database. Stay informed on trends and advise customers on stock availability. Manage a customer book of key clients and VIPs. Support staff training and in-store presentations. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to enhance the store’s visual appeal. Stock and Brand Management: Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador. Ensure stock is replenished and stock areas are tidy. Conduct regular stock checks. Participate in bi-weekly stock deliveries. Key Objectives: Ensure seamless store operations and top-tier customer service. Meet individual and seasonal sales targets. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of stock and stockrooms. Foster a service-driven environment that values teamwork and collaborative selling. The Ideal Candidate Attitude: Highly motivated and professional, able to converse at all levels. Energetic, self-motivated, and organized. Flexible and approachable, with a willingness to work hard and drive the business forward. Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively. Skills: At least 2 years of experience in high-end/luxury retail, particularly in ready-to-wear women’s fashion. Understanding of Dover Street Market’s consumer base and sub-brands. Experience with similar brands is beneficial. A client book of potential new business. Beneficial training in clienteling and sales development.
