Assistant Parts Manager needed for a main dealership near Brockenhurst
My Client is seeking an Experienced Assistant Parts Manager to lead and manage the department.
This position would be ideal for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager who is a methodical, is organised,
and able to maintain information about several parts.This is a role that covers all makes and models of vehicles,
so ensuring you can switch between customers and enquiries whilst remaining focused is key.
Organisation skills are top priority for ensuring the smooth process of the Parts department.
Role includes-
Ordering Parts for the workshop and for customer enquiries.
– Assisting with the Balmer Lawn Group eBay shop.
– Parts sourcing and identification.
– Ensuring the stockroom is maintained, organised, and tidy.
– Ensuring all parts deliveries and collections are organised with our Parts Driver.
– Ordering stock during stock takes.
– Completing and maintaining administration in line with orders and purchases.
– Working alongside the warranty team for any outstanding warranty claims.
– Use of Kerridge / Keyloop.
Ideal Candidate will-
– Have previous Parts / Aftersales Advisor experience within the Motor Trade.
– Have a full clean UK driving licence.
– Be organised and methodical during your work.
– Be able to maintain a wide range of knowledge across the parts stock.
– Ensuring a smooth running workstation.
Hours- Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:30pm plus alternating Saturday mornings.
Salary – £27k basic plus commission
