Salary: £12.25 up to £12.45 per hour + Paid Training
Hours: Contracted hours available – 15, 22.5, 30, or 37.5 hours per week

Your Role as a Support Worker
Every day, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Companionship and emotional support
* Personal care and assistance with daily routines
* Supporting the development of independent living skills
* Medication administration
* Assisting with community-based activities such as swimming, social events, or leisure outings
