The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload and contribute significantly to our legal proceedings. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a caseload with autonomy, under the supervision of senior staff, across a variety of legal matters. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring high standards of client care. Draft, review, and interpret legal documents and ensure that they are in compliance with current laws. Conduct negotiations with the aim of settling cases efficiently and favorably. Represent clients in court or at tribunals, confidently presenting cases and arguing points of law. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, case law, and practice developments. Participate in business development activities, including networking with potential clients and promoting the firm’s services. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years post-qualification experience. Strong academic and training background in law.
