Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the meal preparation process, ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines. Cook various food items according to menu specifications and ensure they meet food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including all cooking equipment and utensils. Support the team in catering events by preparing large quantities of food as required. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment, such as restaurant or catering, is required. Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate is required Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A genuine passion for cooking and food preparation.
