Job summary We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisation skills to join the Support Services Admin Team at St Michael's Hospital, Warwick. The role will provide administrative support to our Crisis and Home Treatment Team and will support the triage processes for the South Warwickshire Community Mental Health Team. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service for the clinical teams. This will include production of letters, e-mail communication, answering of telephone queries and the ability to exercise judgement and work unsupervised to meet deadlines. The role includes supporting the Medical Secretarial staff and providing cover in their absence, as well as working flexibly to provide cross cover and cover for reception as necessary.
