The MHSTs are a nationally driven initiative which offers educational based mental health early intervention to children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The service is looking for two candidates who are motivated, enthusiastic team players to join our team. Job Description The successful candidate will possess excellent IT skills, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and meet deadlines. The candidate must work in a calm and professional manner and have resilience. The post holder will be able to work flexibly and proactively as part of the wider administration and clinical team. The post holder will be able to successfully follow process and procedure, be able to learn quickly and be able to adapt to change. Main Duties Include: Inputting referrals onto SystmOne Managing Generic Inboxes Supporting Clinical Team Leaders and their Locality Team Minuting Meetings Ordering Equipment Print and Post Checking and Transcribing Messages Utilising Microsoft Office Packages, updating excel files Communicating directly with school staff Updating Electronic Staff Records The service work flexibly from bases across Leicester, Leicestershire you will be expected to travel into bases throughout the working week. The successful candidate will join a friendly and dedicated multi-disciplinary team, receive a thorough induction package and regular supervision and guidance.
