Job Description Building and Managing Partner Networks: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic business/ lead generation partners. Negotiate partnership terms and agreements. Cultivate long-term relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and profitability. Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners. Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement or new opportunities. Driving new business Growth: Create and execute business development strategies with partners to drive new customer acquisition. Develop and deliver compelling value propositions to potential clients through marketing and market knowledge Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a strong focus on new business opportunities. Relationship Management: Foster trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, and influencers within partner organizations. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on partner network health, new business opportunities, and growth metrics. Provide insights into front book/ new sales growth performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies as needed.
