Role: Chartered Building Surveyor Location: Manchester Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team in Manchester. The Role: As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will deliver outstanding professional services across a wide variety of projects. You will provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of building surveying, including condition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, and project management. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior team members through their APC. Key Responsibilities for the Chartered Quantity Surveyor: To design and oversee works using recognised building contracts and to current technical standards. Inspections to involve acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveys and defect investigations To prepare reports, schedule of works and works specifications Undertake large value projects independently with sound knowledge on all aspects of professional consultancy services. Requirements for the Chartered Quantity Surveyor: RICS-accredited degree or equivalent MRICS Chartered status More project focussed than professional Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
