At St Johns Hospice we pride ourselves on producing locally sourced, homemade food which is served fresh daily in our Courtyard Café, to the patients in our care, and the wider Hospice team. Our evolving menu gives you the chance to be involved in, and enjoy the freedom to produce food that is of a high standard.
The successful candidate will have experience of producing high quality meals from raw produce for individuals with different dietary requirements. You will be required to build good relationships and work with our suppliers. You will have shared responsibility for the daily kitchen operation.

Working Hours: 7.30am – 3.30pm or 10am – 6pm (no split shifts)
Role Type: Permanent
Pay: £18,798.00* - £19,375.20 per annum (based on 30 hours/week, dependent on pension scheme)
Holiday: 7 weeks annual leave
Pension: St John’s Hospice Pension Scheme (St John’s pays an 8% employer contribution) or NHS Pension may be continued subject to eligibility.
