We are looking for a talented and ambitious Brand Marketing Manager to join this fast-growing branded food business and support their high growth agenda.
Role/Responsibilities as Marketing Manager:
1. Develop and execute the annual plans for the product range.
2. Develop consumer communication plans.
3. Shopper Marketing management.
4. Organic social media management.
5. Management of the external agencies.
6. Monitor and control the budget.
7. Assist with trade support including trade presentations, trade materials.
8. Monthly tracking of brand, category and competitor performance.
9. Category, Consumer & Customer Insight Analysis.
10. Lead on visuals, design and artwork of NPD and EPD projects.
11. Maintaining the brand asset library.
The Individual:
1. Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or qualified by equivalent experience.
2. Results oriented, seeker of innovative solutions, driver of continuous improvement.
3. Strong bias for action, a high degree of personal accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Track record of multitasking and problem solving.
5. Influencing skills.
6. Creative and proactive about looking for & proposing new ideas.
7. Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision / leadership.
8. Knowledge of data and exposure to a wide range of market research techniques used in building brands & innovation.
9. Understanding of leveraging data to identify performance drivers and recommend actions.
10. Strong communicator, and experience of working cross functionally.
11. Full Driving license and happy to travel to manufacturers, co-packers, agencies and trade shows.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes a basic salary in the region of £45-55K (dependant on skills and experience) plus Laptop and Phone.
