We are looking for a proactive, organised individual to join our fast paced Operations team here at Renlon Ltd. Previous scheduling experience is preferred as well as strong experience within the Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Word, Excel)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the coordination of daily operational tasks and processes
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of orders, invoices, and inventory management
* Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth communication and operations
* Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
* Support the logistics team with scheduling, deliveries, and inventory control
* Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents
* Assist with project management tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Address and resolve operational issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner

* Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is essential
