Who we need
We have a great opportunity to join the Innovation and Improvement Team at Nottingham College. This role will be leading on the development of teaching, learning, and assessment and the sharing of best practice across the curriculum. The successful candidate will take a lead role in promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment across the organisation and driving forward quality improvements in all areas for the curriculum.
What you’ll bring
This role will be working closely with the Head of Teaching, Learning, Development, and Innovation and co-ordinating a team of Advanced Practitioners to embed the lesson visit coaching model, supporting the development of individual practice and promoting excellence. We are looking for passionate practitioners who have a proven track record of driving forward improvements and developing new initiatives in teaching, learning, and assessment to demonstrate impact and progress towards a curriculum area or college-wide quality improvement plan.
Suitable candidates for this role will be hard-working, determined, and innovative, with a relentless focus on the student experience and developing teaching, learning, and assessment. This role is not for the faint-hearted and will challenge you to aim high and think differently to achieve our ambitions as an organisation.
