Director of Facilities
International law firm is seeking a Facilities Director to join their thriving Facilities department in London on a permanent basis.

Director of Facilities Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the management of the firm’s premises and facilities inc. lease obligations, space efficiency, cost management, and office relocations.
* Overseas travel to the firms international offices to negotiate office renewals and source new office locations.
* Strong understanding of both Real Estate Management & Procurement and Facilities Management.
* Collaborating with the CFO and local partners to develop tailored premises strategies.
* Manage a £17m budget for the London office.
* Lead a team of 26 employees.
* Overseeing both in-house and outsourced facilities service inc. catering, security, cleaning, and mechanical and electrical services.
Director of Facilities Requirements:
1. Facilities Director experience gained from a law firm or professional services environment.
2. Knowledge of Real Estate Management.
3. People management experience.
