We are in search of a dynamic and proactive professional to enhance our high-performing Legal team and contribute to the growth of a premier global enterprise.
We seek a qualified lawyer with approximately 4+ years of post-qualification experience who possesses outstanding communication skills, is well-organised, adaptable, and resilient, and who excels at proactive problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
As a direct report to the Head of Legal for EMEA and India, your role will be crucial in delivering top-tier cross-border legal counsel within a compact, elite team. Your responsibilities will include advising Rotork Plc and its subsidiaries on a wide array of matters such as commercial contracts (including framework agreements, master supply agreements, and agent/distributor/reseller agreements, as well as non-standard supply and purchase terms), litigation, data protection, employment and HR issues, mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, property deals, and intellectual property issues.
You will offer solutions to business challenges in a manner that is commercially savvy and straightforward. You will be innovative in driving efficiencies and shaping business strategies. Engaging with the Management Board, you will have a daily impact, ensuring that no two days are alike.
Qualifications
Experience requirements:
* Qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE.
* Must have solid experience in general commercial contracts. Additional experience in data protection, employment or disputes/litigation is highly desirable.
* Extensive experience in providing consistent and clear risk-based advice in an in-house environment is essential.
