+ You will spread your time across several departments within the business including, Support, Projects, Health & Safety & Finance.
+ Processing documentation incoming and outgoing.
+ Dealing with internal / external telephone enquiries
+ Entry of accurate data into customers bespoke database
+ Extracting of data from systems and prepare and present findings and analysis in reports.
+ Use of bespoke systems and other internal systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
+ End of day / weekly reporting including fulfilling KPI's.
+ Work with functional colleagues to ensure the effective operation of the department.
+ Good administration skills
+ Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office suite
+ A high level of confidentiality
+ Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ The flexibility and willingness to learn
+ The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail., + 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
+ GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
+ Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
