To lead on the internal and external recruitment processes across the council, ensuring that both the candidates and line managers experience a positive experience You will oversee the recruitment work stream and on-boarding process for the local authority. The post holder will lead the delivery of the redeployment initiatives as part of the transformation process, and all relevant redeployment activity in accordance with Hillingdon’s redeployment procedure.
You will ensure that recruitment is conducted in an effective, timely and efficient manner with professional service always delivered. Provide expertise to internal stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and advertising options and being the internal expert regarding Hillingdon ATS systems and recruitment operation.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the team to process recruitment requests as they are approved, ensuring adverts are well written and placed in appropriate places and take responsibility for back-office administration of the entire recruitment process.
* As a user of ATS ensure that the system is used to its full advantage and that all inputs are of a high quality. Provide coaching on the system to hiring managers as required.
* Ensure all approved roles are worked on in a timely manner.
