About you: As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be at the core of our operations, optimising Salesforce and other platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Xero to drive efficiency. You’ll ensure that data, processes, and reporting are all working in perfect harmony to empower our sales, marketing, and commercial teams. This role goes beyond managing systems – it’s about enabling teams to make data-driven decisions and ensuring our go-to-market strategies are set up for success. Requirements Salesforce & CRM Management Oversee and optimise Salesforce (layouts, workflows, dashboards, and integrations). Automate processes with Salesforce Flows and seamless integrations across tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Xero. Ensure consistent data integrity, field validations, and accurate client/prospect records. Build and manage filters, lists, and user-friendly dashboards for real-time insights. Data Management & Reporting Maintain clean, accurate, and actionable data across systems. Create reports and dashboards to give teams visibility into key performance metrics (KPIs). Validate and update contact details, ensuring outdated data is effectively flagged. Process Optimisation & Alignment Streamline workflows and foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and commercial teams. Develop best practices to enhance go-to-market execution and ensure operational consistency. Documentation & Training Create and maintain process documentation, guides, and training materials (e.g., video tutorials). Ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge to use systems effectively. Maintain detailed reference documents, such as field dictionaries and data flow diagrams. What We’re Looking For Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience administering, customising, and optimising Salesforce. Multi-Platform Experience: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Xero. Data Management Skills: Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and actionable reporting. Process Improvement: Demonstrated success in streamlining workflows and driving efficiency. Documentation & Training: Skilled at creating user-friendly training materials and comprehensive system documentation.
