This is an opportunity to work with top housebuilders, land promoters, PRS investors, affordable housing providers, and developers on some of the most transformative residential and mixed-use projects in the UK. The Residential team is experiencing significant growth with high-profile client acquisitions, making this an exciting time to join. The role involves advising on high-value development work including conditional and unconditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements, development funding, forward commitment/turnkey contracts, and collaboration agreements. You'll be instrumental in managing complex transactions and supporting the team in delivering successful outcomes. The Ideal Candidate: Experience: 5 years PQE with expertise in house-building, build-to-rent, strategic land, or affordable housing. Client Focus: Strong experience in managing and developing client relationships within the UK Living Sector. Leadership: Ability to mentor and manage junior lawyers while driving results.
