We are looking for a community assistant to join us in our beautiful location in Bristol. Key Responsibilities Welcoming visitors and members to the building Managing post and deliveries Help arranging member events, social get-togethers, educational speaker events, and everything in between Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI setup – you will be the go-to person Dealing with meeting room bookings, setup, and clear downs Dealing with membership enquiries Ideal Experience Customer service and admin experience is desirable Hospitality or flex space experience is advantageous As community assistant, you will work Monday to Friday. Hours of work will vary slightly with some requirement for evening work. This is a salaried, full-time role.
