If so, we would love to hear from you About the Role We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide vital support to our Sales Team and customers within a £12m annual sales program. In this role, you will manage product, legal, and financial processes, offering clear guidance to customers on applications and purchases. You will ensure accurate administration of documentation and data while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales KPIs and income targets. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between local authorities, mortgage advisors/lenders, solicitors, and other external parties to ensure timely sales completion. Assess, process, and file home ownership applications, including customer profiling analysis. Prepare and produce sales documentation, including money laundering risk assessments, CML (FDF) documents, leases, and sales completion paperwork. Coordinate and schedule mortgage valuation surveys promptly. Maintain and update multiple databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting. Manage utility and council tax bills, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Ensure sales purchasers' folders and regulatory information are accurate for audits. Process Purchase Orders (POs), confirm work completion with Sales Executives, record Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and facilitate prompt payments. Provide administrative support for Resale and Staircasing transactions, including anti-money laundering assessments and sales progression. Produce regular reports to support the Sales Manager with up-to-date figures on applications and completions. What We're Looking For: Experience of carrying out detailed administration duties, such as filing, writing emails and/or letters, data entry on spreadsheets, scheduling calendars, handling phone queries and taking messages. Experience of working effectively within a team. Experience of working to and achieving targets. Experience of managing internal/external working relationships. Intermediate experience of Microsoft office packages e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in Sales Administration (desirable).
