This role sits within our Finance department which provides support services to the wider OCS Group and our front-line colleagues.

About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting other members of the business partnering team with month-end result production
* Processing of accruals and prepayments as informed by operational teams in line with financial processes and principles
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Tracking and reconciling cash transactions through the business
* Building relationships with other finance team members
* Reconciling the lease control account on a lease by lease basis
* Posting IFRS16 journals / producing IFRS16 accounting
* Posting Asset financing journals / producing accounting
* Identify new additions and disposals through detail analysis of invoices through control account
* Work with fleet department to reconcile register with fleet wave
* Work with AP to ensure all lease providers invoices are processed monthly and debit balances are cleared
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Must have Right to Work in the UK
* Able to manage own workload and prioritise workloads to important deadlines. Understanding of catering or retail operations would be desirable to help improve understanding of data processing
* Analytical skills to investigate variances and cost trends
* Strong Excel skills including the use of formula and pivot tables using multi-system source data tables
* Minimum AAT level 4 or sufficient QBE demonstrated through previous positions held
