Senior Payroll Associate - Exciting Opportunity
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum + annual discretionary bonus
Job Type: Permanent (full time or minimum 30 hours per week)
Location: Norwich (hybrid working options available)
Are you an experienced payroll professional looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Payroll Associate to manage a diverse payroll portfolio.
The Role:
1. Accurately process payrolls (weekly or monthly) for multiple clients, including payroll calculations, statutory payments, and auto-enrolment compliance.
2. Onboarding of new starters.
3. Respond to queries via email and telephone.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and payroll software.
About You:
1. Proven recent experience in payroll, ideally within an outsourced bureau or accountancy practice.
2. Knowledge of payroll calculations, statutory payments, and relevant payroll legislation.
3. Proficient in payroll software and Excel.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
6. Well-organized with the ability to manage workload independently and collaboratively.
