Our client, a specialist vehicle company, is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a key role within the service department, where you will take the lead in supporting customers, coordinating with mobile engineers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations using the SAP system.
The Role
* Be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, logging jobs, and providing effective follow-ups.
* Coordinate daily workloads for mobile engineers, ensuring parts and technical support are readily available.
* Manage stock control, including booking deliveries, dispatching parcels, and handling returns.
* Prepare customer estimates, follow up service visits, and manage warranty returns.
* Support contract maintenance planning and maintain accurate records.
* Step in for Regional Service Managers when required during absences.
