Your new role
You will be required to assist the office-based team with incoming queries via telephone and email, communicating internally and externally. Other duties include:
* Raising, tracking and processing work orders for contractors.
* Answering customer queries and complaints.
* Monitoring of inboxes and covering phones when necessary.
* Offer contract management support.
* Code the process from start to finish with precision and accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
* A customer services background.
* The ability to provide excellent service and a professional phone manner.
* Great organisational skills to manage the processing of work orders.
* A positive attitude and to help out your team when required.
* Excellent media literacy with MS Office, primarily Excel and Outlook.
