Key Objectives
The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for delivering the overall strategy for retail clients, with clear objectives on what the team will set out to achieve & how this will be delivered will be key to the success of this role.
Responsibilities
* Ensure overall accountability for the account P&L, managing both sales & margins on both existing & new business.
* Build an annual budget to present to the Board & monitor performance on-going vs budget.
* Lead the Dee Set accounts team to ensure we are representing the Company as the UK's leading provider of end-to-end retail solutions.
Requirements
* Ability to lead large teams that are hybrid working and located across the UK.
* Ability to think strategically.
* Ability to identify growth & development opportunities for Dee Set services across retailers (new & existing business), plus specifically the development of new business within our Distributor Services offer.
* Ability to coach & develop direct reports to deliver persuasive and compelling business propositions.
