This well-established North East-based law firm is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a team of lawyers within the Commercial Property department. As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong administrative and secretarial skills, as well as the ability to manage a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
\n\n
\n\t
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including audio typing and digital dictation
\n\t
* Handle client interactions, both in person and over the phone, with a professional and courteous manner
\n\t
* Accurately manage the filing, storage and retrieval of client files and documents in line with the firm's systems
\n\t
* Set up new client files quickly and accurately in accordance with company procedures
\n\t
* Format and amend legal documents to ensure compliance with company style
\n\t
* Arrange appointments and meetings, while maintaining an up-to-date and well-organised diary
\n\t
* Operate photocopying equipment to produce high-quality document copies as required
\n\t
* Bind documents and prepare them for client or legal proceedings
\n

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience: Prior experience as a Legal Secretary is essential
\n\t
* Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organisational skills
\n\t
