Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and client acquisition, including sourcing and direct marketing
2. Communicating with clients
3. Preparing and sending quotes
4. Handling safety administration
5. Coordinating safety, travel, and hotel bookings (January)
6. Assisting with logistics administration, serving as a link from sales to delivery
7. Creating aide memoirs for shows – essentially briefing documents
8. Collecting customer feedback
9. Providing general support and performing various office duties
10. Client liaison regarding quotations
11. Supporting payroll functions
12. Assisting with operational tasks and providing administrative support to the on-site team
Experience and Skills Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Strong English and Math skills
3. Attention to detail
4. Ability to drive
5. Desirable: Social media and presentation skills
