Role Specification
Role Objective: To deliver sales and margin growth on all aspects of facility supplies including, janitorial, chemicals and catering across the UK by accompanying field sales teams in their new and existing accounts.
Summary of Role Responsibilities:
* Work alongside a team of Account Managers/Corporate Account Managers to grow sales and margin on the facilities supplies sector to achieve targets set.
* Make recommendations on improved cleaning and hygiene products and equipment to ensure customers are efficient and effective.
* Monitor sales performance and activity levels and produce monthly report detailing key result areas including pipeline and sales forecasts, leads and wins.
* Maintain appropriate records on clients and sales activities on the CRM system.
* Support the team in effective new business bids/presentations.
* Provide quotes and ensure that enquiries are followed up in a timely manner.
* Ensure retention of all live profitable accounts within the portfolio.
Salary is dependent on experience, plus commission and car allowance.
SKILLS/ ABILITIES
* Good knowledge of the facility supplies Industry.
* Experience in selling chemicals and washroom supplies.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong Organisational skills
* Knowledge of Complete products and services, competitors and the market
* Full driving licence
* Proven sales and profit achievement against sales targets.
