The role of HR Coordinator:
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
* Create promotion, transfer, salary increase, and secondment letters.
* Collate information for employee experience initiatives.
* Own the onboarding process for new employees.
* Conduct the leaver process and coordinate with IT.
* Advise on and coordinate benefits (Pension, Healthcare, Dental, Gym membership, etc.).
* Perform ad hoc administrative duties and project work.
The ideal HR Coordinator:
* High degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
* Strong face-to-face customer service skills.
* Experience with Workday is preferable.
