The Role
You will:
• provide evidence-based specialist smoking cessation support to both adult and young people in a variety of settings including, primary care i.e., G.P. Practices, mental health services, maternity unit, educational institutions community settings.
• coordinate the stop smoking service to support all tobacco control initiatives to help develop a service to reduce prevalence and meet the needs of the local community.
• provide a leadership role in service planning, development, implementation and coordination of the stop smoking service.
• build relationships to establish referral routes from/to the above groups and deliver stop smoking groups in the community and alongside health and social care professionals, voluntary and community workers in Harrow.

The Service
Via Harrow is an established community integrated service that is well performing and highly functioning. The service consists of both clinical and psychosocial and is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV & health interventions, OST, and community detox, as well as robust family and carers and service user involvement provision.

Harrow Recovery Centre is at 97 Pinner Road, Harrow, HA1 4ET.
