Crowcon’s values are: Do the right thing Collaborate and support each other Always do your best Try new things Be yourself The team is made up as follows: Head of Manufacturing Senior Manufacturing Engineer Manufacturing Engineers Line Technicians & Apprentice Line Technician Main Responsibilities: As part of your apprenticeship, you will learn and develop your skills and knowledge to fulfil the line technician responsibilities as below: To develop an excellent working knowledge of all Crowcon products. Provide first line technical support for all product ranges to triage and repair down to component level. The ability to triage and repair to component level. Creation of reports relating to product / process issues. Maintain and commission assembly and test equipment Identify areas for continuous improvement and contribute to implementation of solutions Support the implementation of new processes into manufacturing. Carry out maintenance schedules. Responsibility of safe working practices in accordance with health and safety policies. Your skills & experience GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent You can work well under pressure, seeking support and advice as needed Good numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to understand and articulate information to respective audiences. Logical and analytical thinker. You have good attention to detail. Soldering skills. Microsoft suite. Desirable: Knowledge of statistics. Gas detection understanding / awareness.
