Job Description PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency Location: Southampton, SO15 Salary: OTE £30.5k Position: Permanent – Full Time An experienced Residential Property Manager is required for a busy Lettings Agency in the Southampton area who have an extensive residential property portfolio. This highly responsible Property Manager role will involve covering all aspects of managing the Lettings property database. You will be a person who can communicate effectively with Landlords and Tenants, ensuring Landlords instructions are adhered to as well as following current legislation. The role includes but not limited to: ensuing all properties have valid Gas Safety certificates, issuing works orders making sure the works are carried out and the Landlord and Tenants are kept updated, dealing with deposit and serving appropriate notices. Previous Property Management experience is an essential requirement. Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include: At least 12 month’s previous experience in Residential Property Management Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures An understanding Section 8’s and Section 21’s Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service Have excellent inter-personal skills Strong Organisational Skills Excellent telephone manner Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
